Mailings

New subscriber letters are mailed on Tuesdays.

• If you sign up by Monday night, your teen’s first letter will be mailed that Tuesday.

• If you sign up after Monday night, your letter will be mailed the following Tuesday.

• If a mailing date falls on a holiday, letters will be mailed the next day (Wednesday).

All renewal letters are mailed within one week of each monthly payment.

Letters are sent via USPS First-Class Mail using a standard postage stamp.

Tracking is not available for this type of delivery. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery within the U.S. (longer for international addresses).

Payment Schedule

When you sign up, you’ll be charged immediately for your teen’s first letter.

All subscriber renewals occur on the 7th of each month.

We align all subscribers to the 7th for consistency. If you sign up late in the month, we’ll automatically adjust your renewal so you’re never billed twice before your teen receives their first letter.

Late-Month Signups

If you subscribe between the 16tplease reach out to ush and the last day of the month, your second charge will be delayed to the 7th of the following month. This prevents duplicate charges and ensures your teen has enough time to receive and enjoy their first letter before the next cycle begins.

Example:

• Sign up on August 18 → charged immediately → first letter mailed within 5 business days.

• Second payment delayed to October 7 (skipping September), securing October’s themed letter.

• From then on, you’ll be billed on the 7th of each month.
