Overview

Her Blessed Letters is a monthly Christian mail club designed to encourage and uplift tween and teen girls through faith-based letters, printables, and themed content rooted in faith and love. Each month, subscribers receive a new themed letter package that includes guidance, positive affirmations, and encouraging action steps based on biblical principles.

By purchasing a subscription or product from Her Blessed Letters, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms help set clear expectations and ensure a smooth experience for all subscribers.

Eligibility

Her Blessed Letters is created for girls ages 11–15, but all purchases must be made by a parent, guardian, or adult with legal permission to manage the subscription. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to act on behalf of a minor.

Limitation of Liability

Her Blessed Letters is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our products, services, or content. This includes but is not limited to delays in delivery, interruptions in access to digital content, or how our materials are interpreted or applied.

While we make every effort to provide accurate, uplifting, and biblically sound content, we cannot guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, or behavioral outcomes. All content is provided for educational and devotional purposes only and should not replace parental guidance, professional counseling, or pastoral care.

By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to use our materials at your own discretion and risk. Our total liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount you paid for the product or subscription.

Subscription & Billing

When you subscribe to Her Blessed Letters, you’ll be charged immediately for your first letter. This charge confirms your subscription and secures the current month’s themed mailing.

All subscriptions renew automatically on the 7th of each month. This recurring charge covers the upcoming month’s letter and ensures uninterrupted access to the monthly content.

We manually adjust each subscriber’s renewal date to align with our standard billing schedule.

You are responsible for reviewing your subscription and billing dates. Charges will continue automatically each month unless you cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.

Digital Content Access

Each month, your subscription includes access to digital content such as printable activities, and phone wallpapers designed to complement the themed letter.

This content is delivered in two ways:

  • By email to the email address used during signup

  • Via QR code included in the physical letter mailed to your teen


Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid missing digital content. If you do not receive the monthly email, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us at support@herblessedletters.com if needed.

All digital materials are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing this content in any form is not allowed.

Customer Responsibilities

As a subscriber to Her Blessed Letters, it is your responsibility to:

  • Provide an accurate and complete mailing address at checkout

  • Keep your billing information up to date

  • Monitor your email inbox (and check spam folders) for important updates, digital downloads, and subscription-related notices

  • Cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue

  • Ensure your teen receives the letter if you are not the person collecting the mail


We are not responsible for missed deliveries or billing issues caused by outdated or incorrect customer information. Please review your account regularly to make sure everything is current.

Transactional SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile phone number during checkout or within your customer account, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your Her Blessed Letters subscription. These messages may include important service notifications such as billing reminders, failed payment alerts, and account-related updates necessary to maintain your subscription.

Her Blessed Letters will not use your phone number for promotional or marketing messages without your explicit written consent. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of receiving these transactional texts at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at [insert your support email]. Please note that opting out of SMS notifications may delay important updates about your subscription or payment status.

Her Blessed Letters is not responsible for any charges or fees associated with your mobile service provider. We take your privacy seriously and will never share your phone number or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during the signup or checkout process (such as your name, email address, and mailing address) is used solely to process your order, deliver your subscription, and communicate important updates.

Giveaway Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By entering the Her Blessed Letters Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

1. Sponsor Information
This Giveaway is sponsored by Her Blessed Letters, located in Pooler/Savannah, Georgia.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, family members, and affiliates of Her Blessed Letters are not eligible to win.

3. Giveaway Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on July 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 22, 2025. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the online survey hosted on JotForm here.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Her Blessed Letters.

By submitting the survey, you are automatically entered into the Giveaway. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 12-month subscription to Her Blessed Letters, a monthly Christian mail club for teen girls. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $120.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Her Blessed Letters reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize is unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Her Blessed Letters on or about July 23, 2025 from all eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the survey within 1 business day of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 2 business days of initial contact, another winner may be selected.

Her Blessed Letters is not responsible for email notifications that go to spam, are undeliverable, or are otherwise not received due to technical issues.

7. Privacy
By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications and promotional emails from Her Blessed Letters. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. General Conditions
Her Blessed Letters reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Her Blessed Letters and its owners, officers, employees, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By entering, you release Facebook and Meta from all liability related to this Giveaway.

11. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
